MEET THE LEADERS

Minh-Kha graduated from SJSU with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a concentration in HR Resources. Despite his many successful feats, he saw that the workforce is subject to collapse due to an unstable economy. That's why he created Mission Kaizen, so he can provide opportunities to others looking to take their future in the own hands.

Justin Li is pursuing his bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Souther California. Despite his young age, he has already demonstrated his tenacity and commitment to obtaining freedom for himself and his family. His venture, Project JLinc., aims to serve underprivileged and under-provided undergrads by bridging them to highly accomplished entrepreneurs, so they can have the necessary and personalized guidance to succeed in 21st century. 

Paulina graduated from Cal State Pomona with a Master's in Mathematics. She has a passion for helping others obtain their goals and dreams. She is a major proponent of the saying, "There is no limit to the extent of what one can achieve when given the proper tools and guidance to success." She now dedicates her career to fostering the upcoming generation of bright minds through her enterprise. 

Andrei is currently a senior attending Fresno State. he has a background in Mechanical Engineering and Film Production with a minor in Public Relations and Advertising. He aspires to use his mentorship experience to make an impact on his home town in Fresno because many impoverished and low income households don't have many opportunities to advance their future. He is currently helping many young adults plan for their financial future and become people of high character and morals.

Karen graduated Honors from La Salle University with a Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance. While currently working as an Audit Associate at one of the Big 4 Public Accounting firms, she came in the US with the dream of being financially stable, creating a legacy that outlast her, and impacting young entrepreneurs worldwide. 

Vincent obtained his Bachelors of Science from UC Irvine, specializing in Biomedical Engineering with a specialization in Nano-medicine. He's working full-time as a Procurement Engineer and coaches emerging entrepreneurs through SFC Impact.

AJ graduated from UC Riverside with a Bachelor's in Psychology. Since then, he went and owned several Wyndham hotels in Southern California. Despite his amazing achievements, he grew more indifferent about his career each passing year because his work environment lacked the purpose and significance he was yearning for. He knew he deserved better opportunities, so he sought out entrepreneurs who are successful not just in business but in life. From there, he was able to earn the opportunity to be in partnership with them and start his 4th business venture with proper guidance. 

Huy studies Aerospace Engineer in University of California, Irvine. Despite pursuing his passion in Engineering, Huy acknowledges the need for a backup plan in the entrepreneurial world to secure his financial stability in the current chaotic economic state. His venture, H-Marketing, aims to provides awareness of personal growth and financial literacy to our young individuals from all walk of life, regardless of educational level or social background.
