Our Philosophy

Kaizen is derived from the Japanese kanji for continuous improvement. The overall goal of kaizen is to make small changes over a period of time and yield drastic improvements. Achieving wealth and success requires kaizen, meaning one must commit him or herself to compounding daily habits, self-education, and focus. Intensity does not necessarily create kaizen but can sometimes harm the process of improvement. Success is measured by how long wealth lasts through continuous effort and self growth, much like how any building relies on the foundation below it. That's why small, gradual actions will help any organization generate the most desirable and sustainable outcomes.

Carrying this philosophy forward, we enable our young community of entrepreneurs to achieve lifelong goals starting from their value systems, self-improvement regimen, mentorship resources, and business solutions.

Mission Kaizen is a proud representative of Vision1000. We streamline the process of developing social enterprises via social commerce and personal branding projects. By teaching our ambassadors how to communicate their brand values on social media and by promoting positive networking, we are able to empower others in maximizing their personal success via mentorship and entrepreneurial opportunities.

We are a diverse team of students and young professionals spanning across the United States, Viet Nam and Canada. Our consistent success has allowed us entry into one of the largest supplier networks in the social commerce space. By transitioning businesses from offline to online, we are able to streamline an outdated supply chain system into the world we live in today by directly connecting consumers to our exclusive suppliers. We are fortunate enough to partner with multiple global brands and private companies in North America.

Too many of us have been asked, "what do we want to be when we grow up?" Very few people know how they want to live. Conventional wisdom tells us that an education and career will make us happy, but is that really true? We want to challenge conventional thinking on what success really means and the steps young people can take to live life on their own terms.

The leadership team at Mission Kaizen collaborates with young entrepreneurs around the country to teach others on how to maximize their time and secure a future for themselves. Every month, we highlight a keynote speaker to share his or her personal journey to find purpose and success under the guidance of this mentorship program.

Have you never thought about entrepreneurship? Some of our speakers have no background in business, but they do share how entrepreneurship is important in every facet of life and how they applied their thinking.

This was one out of numerous workshops, where I left questioning more and more about myself. I came in with the mindset to network in hopes to know the speaker and obtain a role in their company. After today's workshop, I learned from the speaker that success is not only determined by monetary gains, but by your core values, and the people who were impacted because of your influence.

I'm usually a shy and introverted person who has trouble learning how to express myself and speak up for what I want. My parents always urged me to become an engineer and work at a big company that pays me a stable salary, but I was too afraid of what they would think if I told them I did not want to. With the help of my mentors and coaches, I'm able to decide for myself what is right for me and discover my fullest potential. That's from obtaining personal freedom and building a legacy that can outlast myself.
